Marketing a Real Estate agency requires a unique messaging strategy that blends the personal service and personality aspect of the agent with the physical property they are representing. For this client I was tasked with growing a 2 person real estate office by increasing their sales, profile and team. We launched a campaign that included a short video for Zillow, a direct mail schedule, presentation and training materials for new agents and tied everything together through clean and consistent branding. They are now an office of ten with over 100 Zillow 5 star ratings and are thriving in their market.
As part of a larger communications and branding initiative, I produced a short ad highlighting the lead agent for his Zillow profile. Our goal was to showcase the testimonials from happy clients, the wine country properties and I think the most important element, to create a sense of familiarly and closeness with the agent. We found that when people had a positive virtual interaction with an agent, video or email, preceding the in-person meeting, the engagement rate exponentially increases. With a small crew of talented filmmakers, a tight budget and a clear script, we used this piece to increase the Zillow ratings to 5 stars with over 75 testimonials in just a few short months.
